Is DOTNET CLI a replacement for DNX, DNU, and DNVM?  

I have two questions about the upcoming DOTNET CLI (Command Line Interface).

1. Is DOTNET CLI a replacement for all of these: DNX, DNU, and DNVM?
2. Is DOTNET CLI for Console applications only or will it work for any other application type (e.g. ASP.NET, UWP, WPF).
